Safety at every point.

  • Use of hotel cars for transferring guests to ensure maximum safety by adding a protective shield between driver and guest, air conditioning blocked from driver and made accessible to guests sitting in rare only.
  • Sanitation and inspection of all cars by the front office / GRE team before and after every transfer in the supervision of our trained security team.
  • Dedicated managers from each department, to ensure that all protocols/measures are strictly followed across all hotel.
  • Approved chemicals that target a broad spectrum of viruses and bacteria.
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitisation of all surfaces across public areas at regular intervals.
  • Rigorous deep cleaning and application of disinfectants in guest rooms, fitness centres and other guest areas.
  • Cleaning of all high-touch points like door handles, elevator buttons, countertops, tabletops, and railings with disinfectant at regular intervals.

Food & Hygiene SOP.

  • Seating at the restaurant with 1 meter social distancing.
  • Optional E-Menu.
  • Hand sanitizers are placed & hygiene standards are followed in all food handling areas.
  • Healthy Mandatory use of Protective gears for the kitchen team to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Washing and sanitation of vegetables, fruits, and groceries are done before preparation of food.
  • Washing of all dishes at 80 degrees Celsius.
  • Hygiene training is provided for all the teams.
  • Incoming Materials will be collected in full kit at the receivable area as per SOP.
  • Received vegetables /fruits will be washed in the washer at the receiving area.
  • Washed items will be cleaned, cut & sealed at commissary kitchen before moving them into the main kitchen.
  • Main kitchen/sub kitchen areas will be sterilized & deep cleaning will be executed every specified time repeatedly with steam and sterilisers.

Technology for a safe stay.

  • On arrival at the hotel the guest luggage/baggage will be sanitized in alcohol-based spray meticulously before scanning them.
  • Front office staff will be outfitted with Mask & Hand Gloves.
  • On check-in guest will be scanned thoroughly by taking certain measures like temperature check, sanitization and also a face mask is must for guests checking into the hotel.
  • Contactless check-in on virtual registration card to all guest by taking digital signature on a tablet to confirm their details during check-in.
  • Spare face mask shall be offered if the guest is not using one on arrival. 
  • Check-out will be done by the guest using self-checkout process where all the service enabled bills retrieved by guest are displayed on the tablet and for an easy and contact less electronic payment.
  • Our team will be there to guide the guests throughout the process starting from check-in till the time of check-out.
