This is as good as any 5star hotel.rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay. Very clean bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent. All items were tasty and delicious especially my favorite carrot halwa. Staffs are highly professional and cooperative.

This was my first stay in this hotel. Haven't ever heard of this hotel so far. The hotel is in the heart of city. Well maintained with well trained and pleasant staff. Arb food was excellent but single portion is too much.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and do their best to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are adequate with enough space to move around. Location is ideal too. Very close to Indira Nagar which has lots of shopping options as also great restaurants. App based cabs, as well as auto rickshaws, are easily available. The breakfast menu is excellent but I think the dinner menu can be improved.

Breakfast and dinner options are good here. rooms are bit small for price they charge. Good pool, spa, gym facilities inside. Hotel staff is also good and caring. In such busy city and place, u will find peace inside. Suggested hotel to stay.

one of the most comfortable stays.. the hotel is very centrally located and has very easy access to all areas around. the staff is very courteous and takes very good care of the customers. the food was amazing.. we tried food at different places around the city but the hotel food was really very nice.

I attended one of the technical conference hosted in this hotel. Conference room was really big enough for hosting 300 pax comfortably and in a typical technical conference setting of table and chair combination easily it can accommodate 150 pax with excellent view to the stage. The conference room has separate proper dining area with separate rest rooms. Once you are into the conference room you are basically isolated out of guests of hotel and it is really good for guests and conference attendees. One improvement suggestion is to make sure the kitchen or utensils washing area is noise isolated from conference. I would recommend for hosting small conferences in Sterlings with their excellent staff, proximity and infrastructure.

Lovely place to relax inspite of being at the hub of bangalore. The ambeince and staff are lovely. Food quality is unmatched. People welcome with a smile and are flexible in their approach. Special mention about Mr Ghanendra Singh, the F&B manager and Mr Sachin Rai the Bar Manager. They are the people who make the property proud. They have displayed commendable hospitality. Kudos to both of them. May you guys grow manifold.

Went to Bangalore for a business trip & booked my hotel online. To my surprise hotel is a wonderful piece of Art. It's right at HAL Airport location. Service and Front office staff is courteous, their On Duty Anagrams Hemraj and his Manager Mr.Anurag Singh greeted me well. Given me a good view room. Rooms are very spacious and designed well. It's a designer hotel with atrium lobby. Food is good and you have lot of options for it in the hotel. Overall a very recommendable Hotel in Bangalore.

It was a good experience staying at Sterling Mac. I had stayed there for two nights in their One bedroom suite. Service is quick and the staff is polite and helpful. The check in and check was smooth.

Located at a very good part of Bangalore that will be helpful for tourists as well as business travelers. The ambiance of the hotel is one of the best that Bangalore has to offer. Excellent in terms of variety of cuisine.

The hotel facilities are in a very good shape. The gym is small but well equipped and maintained. In the restaurant the food is tasty and the service great (especially Shimti), they treated me like at home. I really recommend the cocktail bar (excellent mojitos) Thanks a lot.

Stayed in the Sterlings Mac hotel for 2 weeks every month for 15 months. Great location - close to the up-market restaurant and shopping district along 100 Feet Road (Indira Nagar). 5 to 10 mins by car; 15 mins by foot. Rooms are generally quite large and comfortable. Best to select a room at the side of the hotel - the ones at the front can be a bit noisy at times because of the traffic on the road outside (Old Airport Road). Food was very good - both the buffet, as well as in-room dining. Service was very courteous and professional. Special mention goes to Shimti in the restaurant, who is excellent at her job, be it remembering your meal preferences, arranging special requirements, assisting with health issues and caring about how your stay is going. It is always a pleasure to see her bright and friendly face!

I stayed for two nights, the service was great. Security was great. The atrium is amazing, clear glass tiles over a feng shui sand garden with water running through. The bedroom was very comfortable and very clean. The restaurant had a wide selection of foods, with very attentive staff. The bar is a beautiful.

I was there for a couple of days ..it was such a wonderful experience all the staff start from airport to service are so friendly and helpfull . The buffet spread was huge and all service staff are very attentive and they know the preferences of mine...specially in a couple of day i found an amazing friend Mr Nilesh he help me in any point of time and because of him i never feel alone and I would like to appreciate Mr Nilesh and his team for the memorable experience and I could say it's totally worth of money...

I stayed at the hotel for one week during a business trip. Excellent service in for example airport pick up and drop of, supply of car with driver with short notice for shopping or restaurants. Mainly Indian buffet breakfast but eggs and omeletts made on order. Great Arabian restaurant! My room on 8th floor was nice and quite and with a comfortable bed.

The hotel is located very close to some of the best resaurants and shopping districts in banglore. The staff was very friendly and polite. I have stayed there a few times, though I would like to highlight my past trip. When I had forgotten my wallet in the safelocker in one of the room, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received the wallet back, safe and sound, all the way in another state!. Mailing regulations in India prevent anyone from mailing credit cards or bankcards via postal mail. The sterling mac staff went above and beyond by ensuring the wallet reached me safely. Kudos to the management team as well as the peons.

Very different from the usual 5 Stars, modern decor and well equipped. Breakfast has been the highlight of my stay, being one of the the best I have ever had, the confectionery part was on an another level altogether. Delicious. Location is an added bonus. Very accessible.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is good. Opposite hotel Leela palca and close to 100 feet road. The breakfast is fairly good (i wish it included coconut water). The lunch buffet was very good as well. The rooms are clean and good.

Although it's rated 5 stars, it's likely more like 4. However, the room was comfortable, and very quiet, which is amazing given the traffic and incessant honking. Service was great. I wish though that the reception staff had more knowledge of places to visit. Breakfast buffet is very good, lots of great Indian buffet for dinner.

I have been staying at this hotel since they opened 3 years ago. So far I've been there 160 nights and it has always been a very inviting place. Clean, comfortable rooms, good food and friendly service, all at a substantially less expensive price than the Leela across the street. The Arabian restaurant on the second floor was an excellent addition with a nice change of pace and tasty food. Also recently added onsite massage and a salon. I've had a couple of massages there and they were well done, plus of course very convenient!

We went there for New Year celebration. We opted for a package with stay and new year party at Ball room. Party's arrangements were good. Things were managed properly. Number of entries were controlled. hence, we were able to enjoy the D J as well as dinner without any difficulty. Rooms are good. We got a room at 7th floor with view of Manipal Hospitals. Overall a memorable experience Looking forward to visit agin.

We had two separate stays here at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. There are alot of hotels in the area, but we always seem to come back to this hotel. The restaurant has a wide variety and the concierges are awesome. Palani in particular went above and beyond our expectations. Anything we needed he made sure that we were raken care of. The wifi is good, we were able to facetime family back in the US. .

Yes. The event went well. The buffet was quite good - socially distanced tables in the light of covid. The board room was good - was a little difficult to get to but the room itself was good.
